FAQ's
- Is there a minimum order amount?
No! We do not believe in making you
order more than what you need, so we have no minimum order amount. We
just ask that you order in the minimum package intervals listed on the
products page for each item.
- What if I need larger quantities. Do you offer discounts?
Yes. In
most cases we offer discounts for larger package quantities. Price
breaks are shown within each item.
- What if I want to return an item?
You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of shipment for return
authorization and instructions. We will advise at the time of
authorization our applicable return policy. Typically if it was
ordered an error on your part we ask that you pay any shipping expense (some
items could be subject to a 20% restocking fee). If it was our error
we will do whatever it takes to correct our mistake and make sure you are
satisfied. Regardless of who's mistake we ask that the product be
returned at our facility in resalable condition with manufacturers labels
and packaging in the box. Once received and inspected credit or
replacement will be issued. Note that if a shipment is received and
the package is damaged you must file a claim with the shipper or refuse the
package based upon damage. Orders can be cancelled at any time prior
to shipment for a full refund. Just call us and tell us to cancel.
