In our 5 for 50 Drill promotion every time you place an order on-line we will
enter your name in a drawing to win one of two 10.8 Volt Litheon®
I-Driver drills. We will be giving away two drill per month beginning now and throughout
2008.
Here are the official contest rules:
How to enter:
- Discount and shipping offers only apply to orders entered
and processed on-line through our on-line store.
- Every you order on-line you will get an entry into the
drawing. There is no purchase necessary to win. You can also
register by mail by sending us a 3" x 5" post card with your name, address,
phone number and e-mail address to us at P.O. Box 157 Genesee Depot WI
53127.
- Deadline in 3:00 p.m. CST on the last day of the month to
be entered for the months drawing. All entries will be cleared after the
drawing and started fresh at the beginning of the month. Only orders
entered during the month will be considered for the months drawing. If
entering by mail you will need to submit a new entry for each month.
- All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with,
illegible, will be void. Orders entered on-line that and cancelled or
are fraudulent in any nature will be void and result in the forfeiture of the
prize.
- This promotion is open only to individual persons (each, an
“Entrant”) who are legal residents of the continental United States (the
“Territory”), and who are 18 years or older as of November 1, 2007.
- All entries become the property of Arrow Terminal and will
not be acknowledged.
Winner selection:
- Winner will be drawn in a random drawing from all entries
received as outlined above.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received
each month.
- Drawing for the previous month will be held on the first
Friday of the following month
- Eleven prizes will be awarded over the life of the
promotion. Promotion will end in December 31, 2008
- Need not be present to win
- Winner will be notified by e-mail
- Previous winners are eligible to win every three months
Prize winner will receive:
- One of two Bosch 10.8 Volt Litheon®
I-Driver drills with case 2 batteries and charger. Arrow Terminal
reserves the right to substitute prize with product of equal or greater value.
- Prize is non-transferable
- No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed
- We will ship claimed prize via UPS ground shipping at our
expense with the contiguous United States all others will be shipped at
winners expense
General Conditions:
- Void where prohibited by law
- Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name,
quotes, and utterances for promotional or business purposes without further
compensation except where prohibited by law
- Arrow Terminal and its affiliates assume no responsibility
or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of
the prize.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable local, county,
state, and federal taxes.
- By participating in this contest entrants accept and agree
to the rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and legally
